Every order received on our website will be shipped to the recipient within a 48 hour window of us receiving your order. Within those 48 hours, you will receive a notification email to say your order is complete and has departed from our facility and is on its way.

We use Fastway Couriers  for all deliveries across Ireland, this also includes Northern Ireland.(Delivery time is typically 1-2 days from the time it has been shipped.)

For orders to UAE, Qatar and Gulf region, we use UPS – which typically takes 2-3 days.

For UK, orders are shipped with An Post. Delivery time is typically 5-7days from the time you receive you order complete email.

Orders within the EU take approx 5 days.

For USA, we use An Post, orders typically take 7-12 days.

 Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays. Should there be any delay in your order being shipped (outside of 48 hours from the time you place your order) we will email to let you know.

Should there be any unforeseen delays with our shipping times, such as busier seasons like Christmas or adverse weather conditions etc, this will be displayed on our website and on social media.

 If your order is urgent, please contact us by email and we can arrange to ship your order by UPS Express.

Please note, once your item has been shipped outside of Ireland, it is not always possible to track its exact location. It is crucial that the correct address,and postcode and contact number is provided. Should there be any missing information, we will contact you. This could delay the departure of your order.
