If there is a spelling error which has been made by us or if you receive an item different to your order form kindly let us know within 2-3 days of receiving your item and we will replace it immediately. *If a particular item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement item as similar as possible and of the same value. If this is not suitable, we will offer a refund.

Items sent back to us without notifying us of a return in advance, cannot be accepted.

Postage costs for all returns due to any error by us, will be covered by us.
