When will I receive my order?
Processing: Orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding Irish public holidays).
Shipping (Ireland): An Post 2–3 working days. Fastway 1–2 working days.
UK: Standard post, 5–10 working days. Customs may apply.
International: Email us at hello@bunnyandbearireland.com for a DHL quote.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and service chosen. Free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not started production, email us with subject “Changes” and your order number. Once in production or dispatched, changes/cancellations are not possible.
I made a spelling mistake, what now?
Contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we’ll update your order. If it has already begun, embroidery cannot be undone or refunded.
What is your returns policy?
Personalised items: Non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
Non-personalised items: Returnable within 14 days in original condition. Contact us first for instructions.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly.
What size should I choose?
Rompers are true to size for newborn. Oversized fits are listed where applicable (e.g. 0–3m oversized fits up to 5 months). Contact us if unsure.
How do I care for my items?
Hand wash, lay flat to dry, iron on reverse of embroidery. Avoid tumble drying or bleach.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes! Add your message at checkout and we’ll include a complimentary gift card.

Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. Customs/duties/taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient. For faster international shipping, email us for a DHL quote.
