When will I receive my order?
Processing: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Irish public holidays). If your order is urgent we will be happy to help where possible. Just drop us an email or a message us on Instagram.
Shipping (Ireland): AnPost 2–3 working days.
UK: Standard post, 5–10 working days.
International: We offer worldwide shipping on all our products. Please see Shipping for further information or contact us with any questions.
When you place an order on our website, you will be given an approximate delivery date as to when you should receive your order. Postal delays are unavoidable and we appreciate your patience if delays occur.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available. We offer free shipping on orders over €90 across Ireland.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not started production, email us with subject line “Changes” and your order number. Once in production or dispatched, changes/cancellations are not possible.
I made a spelling mistake, what now?
Contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we’ll update your order. If it has already begun, embroidery cannot be undone or refunded.
What is your returns policy?
Personalised items: Non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
Non-personalised items: Returnable within 14 days in original condition. Contact us first for instructions.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly. bunnyandbearireland@gmail.com
What size should I choose?
All our rompers are true to size. NB is recommended from birth to 1 month. If you would like the romper to fit at birth we do not recommend sizing up. Only select bigger sizes for longevity or if the baby is expected to exceed 10lbs at birth.
Jumper bundles are a relaxed fit but are also true to size.
How do I care for my items?
Hand wash, lay flat to dry, iron on reverse of embroidery. Avoid tumble drying or bleach.
I am sending this as a gift
Most of our customers are sending our products as gifts. We include a complimentary gift card with your message. Make sure the recipients address is the shipping address and yours in the billing address.
Rest assured, there are no invoices or receipts included in any of our orders
All receipts are send to you by email with your order number.
I didn’t get my confirmation email
