Bunny and Bear Ireland will ship your order between 4-6 business days. Day 1 being the day you place the order. Business days do not include Bank Holidays or weekends.

Orders placed within Ireland are sent by AnPost, our trusted delivery partner. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Orders received from outside of Ireland are shipped by AnPost. You will receive an express post tracking number once your order is complete. You can use this same tracking number with your own national postal service to receive updates on your package. Please note, tracking is not always real time. It will state when your parcel departs Ireland , arrives at destination, out for delivery and delivered.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note: Bunny and Bear Ireland are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs tariffs or fees which are applied to your shipment at the destination country. Any additional charges applied after your item has been shipped, is paid by the customer. Returns due to customs fees are not accepted and will not be refunded.

Missing or lost packages

Bunny and Bear Ireland are not responsible for items which cannot be located once your order is marked as 'delivered'. If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact your local postal operative to file a claim.

Damages

Bunny and Bear Ireland are not responsible for packages which are damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Ensure to support your claim with photo evidence.
