Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery: Fastway Courier, 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Orders take 3–4 working days to prepare, then ship with An Post Express. Delivery is usually 4–8 working days.

Tracking is provided by An Post and can be checked again with your local courier once the parcel arrives in your country.

All parcels to the US are shipped with An Post Express. Taxes and import duties now apply and will be collected by USPS on arrival. Please provide a valid email and phone number to avoid delays.

If you notice a spelling mistake, please email us immediately at hello@bunnyandbearireland.com with “changes” in the subject line. If your order has already gone into processing or embroidery, it cannot be changed and refunds cannot be issued.
